LAS VEGAS COMBAT ACADEMY

Online Program Terms of Purchase, Use, and Liability Waiver

Effective date: 01 October 2026

This agreement (“Terms”) is between Las Vegas Combat Academy (“Academy,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual purchasing or participating in an Academy online program (“Customer” or “you”). It governs purchases of and participation in the Academy’s online courses, coaching, communities, and digital training services. By purchasing or accessing a program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to purchase or participate in an online program.

2. Programs and services

A program may include recorded courses, live online coaching, community access, self-defense instruction, replays, worksheets, and other digital materials. The program description presented at purchase identifies the services included, access period, schedule, and price.

3. No guarantee of results

Training is educational. The Academy does not guarantee a particular level of fitness, self-defense ability, personal safety, or success in a confrontation. Conditions in a real-world encounter are unpredictable, and no technique works in every situation. Testimonials and demonstrations do not guarantee your results. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

4. Physical risks, assumption of risk, and release

Self-defense and fitness activities can involve striking, kicking, grappling, takedowns, partner drills, and weapons-defense exercises. Risks include strains, broken bones, head or spinal injury, aggravation of a medical condition, permanent disability, and death.

Your participation is voluntary. In an online program, an Academy instructor may be unable to inspect your surroundings, assess your health or training partner, correct every movement, or intervene during an emergency. You are responsible for deciding whether you can participate safely, consulting a medical professional when appropriate, preparing a safe training space, using suitable equipment, following safety instructions, and stopping if you experience concerning symptoms.

You knowingly assume the risks of participating in the program and practicing its techniques. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Las Vegas Combat Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from claims for injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising from your voluntary participation, including claims based on their ordinary negligence where such claims may legally be released. This provision does not release liability that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

5. Lawful use

Training is offered for lawful educational and self-defense purposes. It is not legal advice or permission to use force. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and act. The Academy is not responsible for your unlawful or reckless use of a technique.

6. Sales and refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or the Academy expressly offers a different written refund policy at purchase, all sales are final. Changing your mind, missing sessions, failing to access or complete a program, or not achieving a desired result does not by itself create a right to a refund or cancel an agreed payment obligation.

7. Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price according to the terms presented at checkout. A payment plan does not turn a fixed-price purchase into a month-to-month subscription. The Academy may suspend access for overdue payments and seek amounts properly owed, subject to applicable law.

8. Third-party financing

If you arrange financing through a third-party provider, your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Ending participation in an Academy program does not automatically end that separate agreement. The Academy cannot change its terms except as permitted by the provider or applicable law.

9. Billing disputes

Please contact the Academy about a billing concern so we have an opportunity to investigate it. If you initiate a payment dispute, the Academy may provide relevant purchase, acceptance, communication, and access records to the payment processor or financial institution. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Program materials and account access

The Academy or its licensors own the program content. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, nontransferable right to access it for your own use. You may not share your account; copy, record, upload, redistribute, or resell program materials; or commercially teach the Academy’s proprietary materials without written permission. The Academy may suspend access for a material violation, subject to applicable law.

11. Community and live-session conduct

You must not harass, threaten, disrupt, spam, unlawfully solicit, or infringe others’ rights in Academy program spaces. The Academy may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

12. Recordings

The Academy may record live online sessions and make replays available to program participants. If you use your camera, microphone, or chat, your name, image, voice, or comments may appear in those replays. By participating in an interactive session, you consent to that program use. Advertising or promotional use of your identity or testimonial requires any additional consent required by law.

13. Technology

Programs may depend on outside course, video, community, and payment platforms. The Academy cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. A temporary outage does not automatically entitle you to a refund; the Academy may reasonably adjust delivery when needed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a program. Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, the Academy’s total contractual liability for a program will not exceed the amount you paid the Academy for that program.

15. Third-party claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless the Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of techniques, intentional misconduct, unauthorized distribution of program content, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to cover the Academy’s own negligence unless applicable law permits that result and the agreement expressly requires it.

16. Events outside the Academy’s control

The Academy is not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or significant platform or telecommunications failures. Where reasonably possible, affected services may be rescheduled or delivered another way.

17. Governing law and disputes

Nevada law governs these Terms, except where federal law or another non-waivable law controls. Before filing a formal claim, you and the Academy agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

18. Electronic acceptance

You may accept these Terms electronically, including by checking an acceptance box during enrollment or checkout. The Academy may retain records of the version accepted and the date, time, and transaction associated with your acceptance.

19. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
