WEBSITE TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS

Ultimate Defense System by Las Vegas Combat Academy
Effective date: 01 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between Las Vegas Combat Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person using the Ultimate Defense System website or purchasing or participating in an Academy online program (“you”). They govern use of this website and purchases of and participation in the Academy’s online courses, coaching, communities, and digital training services. By checking the acceptance box at checkout, purchasing a program, or accessing program content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Your order page and any program-specific terms presented at checkout are part of your purchase; if they expressly differ from these Terms on program inclusions, schedule, price, or access period, those specific terms control that subject. In-person classes may require a separate agreement and waiver.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to purchase or participate in an online program. Do not allow a minor to use your account or participate in training under your purchase without the Academy’s express written approval and any separate documentation it requires.

2. Programs and services

A program may include recorded courses, live online coaching, community access, self-defense instruction, replays, worksheets, and other digital materials. The description presented at purchase identifies what is included, the access period, schedule, and price. Review it before placing your order. The Academy may make reasonable changes to delivery or scheduling when needed and will communicate material changes to affected participants.

3. Educational training; no guaranteed result

Training is educational. The Academy does not guarantee a particular level of fitness, self-defense ability, personal safety, or success in a confrontation. Real-world encounters are unpredictable; no technique works in every situation. Testimonials and demonstrations illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee yours. You are responsible for deciding how to use what you learn.

4. Physical risks; assumption of risk and release

Self-defense and fitness activities can involve striking, kicking, grappling, takedowns, partner drills, and weapons-defense exercises. Risks include strains, broken bones, head or spinal injury, aggravation of a medical condition, permanent disability, and death.

Participation is voluntary. During online training, an Academy instructor may be unable to inspect your surroundings, assess your health or training partner, correct every movement, or intervene in an emergency. You are responsible for deciding whether you can participate safely, consulting a medical professional when appropriate, preparing a safe training space, using suitable equipment, following safety instructions, and stopping if you experience concerning symptoms. Do not practice with an unwilling or unqualified partner. Do not use live weapons in online drills.

You knowingly assume the risks of participating in the program and practicing its techniques. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Las Vegas Combat Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from claims for injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising from your voluntary participation, including claims based on their ordinary negligence where such claims may legally be released. This provision does not release liability that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

5. Lawful use

Training is offered for lawful educational and self-defense purposes. It is not legal advice or permission to use force. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and act. The Academy is not responsible for your unlawful or reckless use of a technique.

6. Prices, sales, and refunds

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or the Academy expressly offers a different written refund policy at purchase, all sales are final. Changing your mind, missing sessions, failing to access or complete a program, or not achieving a desired result does not by itself create a right to a refund or cancel an agreed payment obligation. Contact us about a program delivery or billing problem so we can investigate it.

7. Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price according to the schedule and terms presented at checkout. A payment plan does not turn a fixed-price purchase into a month-to-month subscription. The Academy may suspend program access for overdue payments and seek amounts properly owed, subject to applicable law. Any separately offered recurring subscription will be identified as such at checkout with its own billing and cancellation terms.

8. Third-party financing

If you arrange financing through a third-party provider, your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Ending participation in an Academy program does not automatically end that separate agreement. The Academy cannot change the provider’s terms except as permitted by the provider or applicable law.

9. Billing disputes

Please contact us at [email protected] about a billing concern so we can investigate it. If you initiate a payment dispute, we may provide relevant purchase, acceptance, communication, and access records to the payment processor or financial institution. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Program materials and account access

The Academy or its licensors own the program content. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, nontransferable right to access it during the stated access period for your own use. You may not share your account; copy, record, upload, redistribute, or resell program materials; or commercially teach the Academy’s proprietary materials without written permission. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. The Academy may suspend access for a material violation, subject to applicable law.

11. Community and live-session conduct

You must not harass, threaten, disrupt, spam, unlawfully solicit, or infringe others’ rights in Academy program spaces. Do not post another person’s private information without permission. The Academy may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Materials you submit to interactive program spaces may be seen by other participants; use discretion when sharing personal information.

12. Live-session recordings

The Academy may record live online sessions and make replays available to program participants. If you use your camera, microphone, or chat, your name, image, voice, or comments may appear in those replays. By participating in an interactive session, you consent to that program use. If you do not want your name, image, or voice to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid identifiable chat contributions, subject to any participation requirements disclosed for the session. Advertising or promotional use of your identity or testimonial requires any additional consent required by law. Our Privacy Policy describes related data practices.

13. Technology and outside services

Programs may depend on outside course, video, community, and payment platforms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. A temporary outage does not automatically entitle you to a refund; we may reasonably adjust delivery when needed. Your use of an outside platform may also be subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a program. Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, the Academy’s total contractual liability for a program will not exceed the amount you paid the Academy for that program. This section does not limit any right or remedy that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

15. Third-party claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless the Academy and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of techniques, intentional misconduct, unauthorized distribution of program content, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to cover the Academy’s own negligence unless applicable law permits that result and the agreement expressly requires it.

16. Events outside our control

The Academy is not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or significant platform or telecommunications failures. Where reasonably possible, affected services may be rescheduled or delivered another way.

17. Governing law and disputes

Nevada law governs these Terms, except where federal law or another non-waivable law controls. Before filing a formal claim, you and the Academy agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly by contacting [email protected]. This does not prevent either party from taking action when a legal deadline or immediate relief requires it.

18. Electronic acceptance and changes

You may accept these Terms electronically, including by checking an acceptance box during enrollment or checkout. The Academy may retain the version accepted and the date, time, and transaction associated with your acceptance. We may post updated Terms for future website use and purchases. Material changes to an existing purchase will not retroactively replace the terms you accepted unless you agree or applicable law permits the change.

19. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
